Put order in online allowed 30 min to be ready get there and they are out of chicken and steak and have to make more. I had to wait another 15 min for my food. However everyone coming through their line was getting their food made in a timely manner. How does that make any sense
Fastest chipotle I've been to so far and was packed when I walked in. Staff was friendly and food was excellent.
The employees are lost. They get in each other's way, make you feel rushed when ordering and they are forgetful during your order. The new queso dip, not good. It is gritty in texture.
6 years ago this was the first chipotle mexican grill i was ever at. My girlfriend got me hipp to it.. Love the chicken bowl!!..just needs more room feel like i stand over people waiting in line, thank you.
