Good for kids

I discovered the Buckeye Telephone Museum when I was looking online for a place to donate my great aunt Alice's telephone memorabilia. She was an Ohio Bell telephone operator for 33 years. They let her keep her operator chair and headset. She also had several pieces of jewelry that she had been given for years of service. I donated it all to the museum and was so happy to have found a "home" for her memories. The museum is run by volunteers who are former employees of the phone company. It is by appointment only, and they request a $2 donation. It is well worth it for the trip down memory lane. I LOVED seeing all the old phones and the volunteer who opened up the museum for me was very informative about all the equipment and the history. This is a great place for a field trip!
