In experience printing department had great customer service last week with a young lady and today the customer service last behind the printing desk was very in experience. Never had such poor service all of my tears I have been coming here. If you have time go to Polaris more experience and friendly employees.
I purchased 7 items from them. They put my order on two separate purchase orders. They lost the 1 order and after 5 days of not being able to find it, the order had to be purchased all over again. How easy is it to lose a file cabinet and 2 floor mats. These people are incompetent. Don’t do business with them. The worst part was the attitude they gave me when I didn’t give them any!
Helpful but not pressing. They took time and explain the new technology.
They have changed their copy prices . The print shop work is not in house. E mailed back and forth. Stupid idea!!!
