Needed a new inner tube, and they were within walking distance from where I was. While they didn't have it in stock, offered to order it for me along with a few other things. But first they decided to ask where I'd gotten the bike. When I told them, they apparently found my answer (Wal-Mart) too funny to treat me like a customer who they could do repeat business with in the future. I walked out before they were done laughing. Went to the other bicycle store within walking distance, and was given a rate of half the price I was quoted at spokes. And treated professionally. I'm not a professional rider, I'm not an expert in bikes- and some kindness on their part could have gone a long way on building a relationship for business and customer loyalty. Instead, I discovered another store.
The fat old guy who runs this place is a jerk. Trys to sell you an expensive bike you don't need or want. I've bought plenty of higher end bikes (Trek, S&M, Diamondback, etc.) to know what i want and need. It's a nice shop but Rocky's down the road is better with more friendly staff.
Super friendly, great prices and good selection. Especially like all the Specialized accessories. Will definitely be back!
