I was prepared to meet this interview with a predetermined sense of dread, which always seems to be the way the interviewer ends up making me feel, that was not the case here. The interviewer put me at ease, competent, in complete control, the interviewer made sure I understood the questions, made sure I was comfortable with my answers and made sure I was at ease, she seemed to understand how it feels, her tactics were just right, and I would never have said this before I experienced this office and its timeliness was unparalleled. Every agency should take notice of these skills and implement them into their office, no matter what type of business they have. This is how things should be when conducting sensitive, serious matters of life, and well being is utmost important, no matter who and where we are, this is how it should be done.
