I will update this post after I see the (final)finished product.
After driving the 20+ miles from our house to pick up the SUV, we quickly noticed that the job wasn't complete. Dirty cup holders and center console, stains on the interior walls/trim, wet(shampooed) floor mat placed on the leather rear seat(?), dirt/scum down in the floor holes where the seats lock in, no black shine on the tires...this is a full detail? $175+tax?? What else didn't they clean that I have yet to notice? This is not a detail...not in my book. The owner tells me to leave the vehicle one more day so they can complete the service after I come back in and complain about the incomplete work.
We have used this company in the past for repairs, details and paint/body work. We recently purchased a used SUV and we wanted it detailed so I made an appointment with these guys to get it done. $175+ tax for interior+exterior detail seemed a fair price. I also wanted some paint+trim work quoted while they had the vehicle. We had to drop the vehicle the night before since pthey needed all day to complete the task.
To me, this is a waste of my time and gas to have to make an additional 20+ mile trip AND leave my wife with no car for an additional day all because the job wasn't done right the first time plus I'm not feeling very valued as a customer as a result. I hope they get this right by the time I come in to pick it up today. Very frustrating!
Not to mention that the body/paint quote I asked for wasn't completed. I had to walk the owner through the car to get a ballpark estimate off the top of his head.
I cannot say enough good things about Tommy and the way i was treated at Ziebart. He was courteous and explained the rust inhibitor process to me in detail. My frame looks great and got the Hummer back the same day he said it would be done when I dropped it off.
Quick and quality service. Helped me with choosing window tint for my new vehicle. Performed tint in front of me and it looks great! Thanks for making my new vehicle look great! Will recommend!
