Let's face it a big part of any service is the trust! We took our car to NTB yesterday for new tires and within an hour of dropping it off received a call from the salesman stating that the complimentary alignment check indicated our car needed aligned. I questioned whether they based it on the condition of my old tires and he told me they checked it on the machine and the alignment was awful-and if not corrected would ruin my new tires. While I have never noticed the car pulling in either direction nor was the steering wheel off Center we decided to trust and make the additional purchase to protect our investment. We return to the shop and approach the technician working on the vehicle to see if it was done. He told us they still needed to check the alignment's but was waiting for the rack to clear. It turns out they had not even checked the alignment yet. once the check was actually done the car alignment was fine. This is lying and stealing and is unacceptable!
This place ( and Joe the employee who helped me) is absolutley awesome. I had a piece of my car fall off as i was driving down 23 Being from out of town, I didnt know where to go and this was the first place I saw. Joe dropped what he was doing to re-install the metal plate under my car. He completely saved me from being stranded and did so with kindness and effeciency. Other places could have taken advantage of my dire situation and charged me a fortune but he didnt charge me a penny. I am forever grateful for his service! Amazing!!!! Thanks again NTB for saving me from being stuck on the highway!

Wait time was great and the older gentleman that checked me in was very courteous. They said they would call when finished, but they did not. When checking out I had to ask about alignment as I was not told. The young guy checking me out said he would find out. When he returned he indicated that the alignment was out, but would cost extra even after buying 4 new tires for over $715.00. Tire Discounters may have a longer wait, but prices and free alignments are well worth it. Might be why there is a longer wait.
I love this place, but Dalton... He needs to learn customer skills. Not only didn't my van get finished the day of my appointment (oil change) but he tells me I can pick it up when they open at 9 am. They open at 8 am! What is this?? My God.
